The stainless steel oven body is durable yet lightweight and features insulation between double walls on the roof to retain heat effectively. The oven has a simple lighting action requiring only wood pellets or charcoal with a natural fire lighter (not included). The oven features a temperature gauge which allows you to see when you’re at the optimum cooking pointt and an adjustable chimney to control the heat. Depending on the thickness of your base, pizzas will be perfectly cooked in 2-3 minutes; just be sure to turn your pizza halfway through.
